On behalf of the Staff and Management of the Crown Resorts Henipa Hotel we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and wish you a very enjoyable holiday. Your choice of an all- inclusive package will mean a carefree holiday for you all. Please take a few minutes to read the details of how to obtain the very best from your holiday. Further information and explanations will be given to you by your representative during the welcome meetings.

MEALSBreakfast, our extensive continental and cooked breakfast buffet is open from 7:00 am to 10:00 am in the Dionyssos Restaurant Lunch from 12:30 pm to 2:30pm in the Aphrodite Pool Bar. Dinner, a full 4 course hot and cold buffet with up to 30 choices including themed evenings, from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm in the Ulysses Restaurant (at dinner time gentlemen are requested to wear full length trousers and sleeved shirts Snacks buffet from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm from the Octagono Bar.  

BEVERAGES Local Alcoholic, Soft drinks and Hot beverages from our bars. Please see the operating hours for each outlet. All-inclusive stops at 11:30 pm. Cocktails from our special All-inclusive cocktail list. House wine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water are served with your meals. Alcoholic drinks are not served to guests under 18 years old.

SPORTSAll inclusive guests are entitled to free use of our 2 whirlpools (one indoor, one outdoor) our fully equipped gym, 1 sauna, 1 steam bath and 1 jaccuzi. Also available for all guests is a lagoon style sweet water outdoor pool .  

OTHER For the comfort of all guests we would remind you that over indulgence is not in the interest of your health and safety, and that you may only order food and drinks (2 drinks per person per order) for your personal consumption. Should you wish to offer someone else a drink you will be obliged to pay for it as well as for any imported drinks you order.

To enable us to distinguish your good-selves from Non All-inclusive guests you must show your bracelet at time of ordering so as to avoid any unnecessary charges.  Further to this, bracelets are only issued once and must be worn at all times on your wrist (Bracelets are allergy tested and free of P.V.C).
